Worst renting experience of my life. Roaches everywhere! Crimes on the property that aren't disclosed, hidden fees that aren't disclosed, they flat out lie once they get your money. DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APTS! These people have cost me soo much money, as they told me to turn on my utilities on my move in date, which they knew i was coming for 2 months from NY, lied about reimbursing my hotel , lied about taking 1/2 off my rent next mos., then they refused to rent to me, maybe I was a little irritated sitting 6.5 hrs my move in date and to see it was trashed, and 3.5 hrs for them to type up my lease and then told me oh , it's in the wrong name let me retype it. It was like they were testing me pushing my buttons, I am surprised I waited around for for days and they new I had no where to go and had to return the moving truck,on fri afternoon, they did not want to lease to me. Very Racist in my opinion. An old property consultant told me the roaches were soo bad maintenance would paint right over them! Rapes , shootings have occured on the property, that must be public record? Dig deep when researching this property! Gated community? what the gates were always open and there was no keypad.lol There are gates but I don't think they work! The place is unprofessional and a joke at that! more

I like it here! I said that at the pool and somebody said I should write a review - so here I go! I like the way this place feels so woodsy, but it is so close to work and the mall and 400 and everything else and the neighbors are nice so I like it here! :) more

Anybody who is considering moving into these apartments...beware! You DO NOT want to live here. Looks can be deceiving. The apartment models are nice but NONE of the apartments look like that when you move in. The management team does not respond to your concerns from neighbor disturbances to small maintenance repairs. There are suspicious groups of people that wear certain colors, the police are constantly being called, the children are disrespectful, loud and are not supervised. The exercise facility does not ever have working equipment, the two pools they have are filthy. They do not monitor who comes in or out. There is no security. If you are looking for a nice quiet community, KEEP LOOKING. The only people who don't have problems are the ones who NEVER come outside for any reason.
