A great vet. I've worked with all three doctors who run/own this business. They do a superb job, and yes, they do transport your animal to the main office to do surgeries, but only with your permission. They do not hide the fact that most surgeries are done at the main building. However, I've been using one or the other of their doctors for more than 14 years and have been more than satisfied. They truly care for the animals, almost as if they are their own. They remember their customers, and I love how my old man is one of the favorites when he comes in. He adores going to see his doctor! more

DISHONESTY 2/26/2012

The website says there are many doctors available but they all work at North Gate hospital which owns Manchester. There is only ONE doctor at Manchester, Dr. Rodriguez. When you take your pet here for surgery, she pretends she is the one doing the job but in reality, they TRANSPORT YOUR PET WITHOUT CONSENT across town to North Gate where one of the other doctors does the surgery. They then drive the pet back to Manchester, unrestrained, where you pick it up...not knowing it ever left. Ask for details about your surgery and see how Dr. Rodriguez doesn't know the answers BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T PERFORM IT!! Is this even legal?! Edit - Delete more

Wonderful Vet 7/6/2011

I moved here from suburban Philly and I never thought I would find a vet for my cat, Sasha, as wonderful as we had. up home. I was wrong; Manchester is a very caring, compassionate animal hospital and I am so pleased to have found them.\r The first time I met them, I had to put my beloved Sasha down, a very difficult time to say the least. Everyone was so caring to her (and me) - a new patient - yet they treated us with all the compassion of someone they had known forever.\r I have since brought my new little girl, Maggie, for declawing and she received wonderful treatment. She was jumping around the next day, so different from all the other cats I've had declawed. There was practically no recovery time.\r I cannot say enough about this vet hospital. Dr. Jenny and her staff love their jobs and it shows - from the time you walk in to when you leave. Even if I didn't live in Spring Lake, I would drive the distance to take Maggie to Dr. Jenny.\r Thanks so much....Judy and Maggie!! more

Happy Customers for years! 9/20/2008

Doc Jenny, Stacy and the entire staff of Manchester Animal Hospital are the most caring, compassionate and knowledgeable people in the Veterinary industry!!! We have 3 dogs and a cat, all with special needs, and they receive the best care at Manchester. Doc Jenny is an outstanding surgeon and the facilities/equipment are superior to any we have visited. The boarding facilities are spotless and our pets always come home happy & clean. We have many friends who also take their pets to Manchester Animal Hospital and wouldn't go anywhere else. Pros: Excellent care, great facilities, reasonable prices, very clean, compassionate service Cons: None to comment on more

Best in Town!! 7/4/2006

Dr. Dale and Dr. Jenny are simply great!!! I would not take my pets to anyone else in town. The care and commitment they show and demonstrate is the best I have ever seen. Their prices are also very good especially considering the treatment your pets will receive. Their new facility is state of the art!! They also remember you and your pets when you make return visits, not too many places can say that these days!!! It is the personal touches that make this Vet Hospital an A+ in my opinion!!! Pros: Everything is awesome!!! more

You get what you pay for :-) 3/16/2006

Manchester AH may be a little more expensive than some other animal hospitals, however Dr Dale and Dr Jenny will take their time and show love when taking care of your pet. Their new office is fantastic and they are state of the art. You may pay a little more, but your pet will get the best care possible - a value it and of itself. Pros: friendly, state of the art, facility Cons: higher than average $ more
