I have used Management Services, Inc. (Charles Roark) for 10 plus years to file my business and personal tax returns. When I first got to know Charles I was 5 years behind on my taxes business and personal, he worked very long hours to get me current and in good standing. I was so pleased with his service that I sent many of my business associates to him for tax needs as well as paperwork needed for their banking relationships. \r \r My experience with his company has been very good. He has always been very professional and really cared about his clients. I have found him to be very friendly and very easy to talk to but most important is that I knew when I gave him the work he would get me every break I was entitled to and trust me when I say, I like many others have seen the economy up and down but whatever I needed be it taxes or financials he was there to help me get the accounting needs taken care of and his cost was resonable. Charles Roarke is the best. He has done my taxes for the last 7 years and you could not ask for a better caring professional. I have known Charles since 2002. He was helping with his Fathers accounting business from time to time when he was in Pineville, KY. My family has always went to his fathers accounting business to have their taxes and financial statements done. Charles got our account while helping his father. He contacted us and introduced himself and wanted to know if there was anything he could to to help us. I do the bookkeeping for my family's business, and we where doing the books on paper which took a lot of time. Charles suggested that we go from paper to electronic bookkeeping. Charles help me get every thing set up for doing the books on Peachtree within a matter of a few hours. The things I didn't know how to do, he done for me.
