Mama Renie's Pizza

I love eating here the buns they use for their subs are just like what I get in philly! Sometimes they don't put enough meat on their subs so I give them 4to stars. more

I tried to order 2 large pizzas on their special, but wanted to have two seperate toppings on each side of each pizza. The manager told me that was actually a 4 topping pizza. I proceded to ask if I order just a half topping on a pizza is it then doubled on that half to make one topping. Now get this, he hung up on me, no joke. So I promptly ripped the menu up and threw it away, their loss of a planned $40 order and no more future orders. Then my wife calls back and she asks him the same question, his response was to hand the phone to the owner while sayin "You deal with these people." Had I been the owner that manager would be out looking for another job that instant. I have been in the pizza industry for nearly 25 years and have only been treated like this one other time and I have not been back to that shop either. Their food may be good, but I will never know because of the poor customer service, deal with them if you wish, but I will go around the corner and be willing to pay extra for the customer service that I know will be there. more

I love eating at Mama Renie's. Not only do they have excellent pizza, they also have a unique selection of pizzas and subs. The prices are also VERY reasonable. As a college student, this comes in handy greatly at supper time! more
