Service and staff were friendly and helpful. I recently discovered this franchise and found it be pretty decent pizza. The Thin crust leaves you not feeling bloated and full, but instead very good. Veggies and toppings were nice and fresh. Overall, I liked my experience. Pros: Good Crust more

this has to be the best regular crust pizza I've ever had. And the dressing on the spinach salad is amazing! They have like 6 sauces and almost every pizza I've had was great. I couldn't find a match to the address for the store but the one I went to last was on Polaris in westerville. There's one in Clintonville too but this one is so much more homey. And everyone is so much more helpful and nice. There's a chalkboard for my kids to write on that occupied them the whole time I was there! Great food and experience. i went in and the service was very quick and the staff was very friendly. The pizza is very delicous along with the cookies! i think the person that was so dissapointed is crazy! The people that were working when i was there were so willing to help me find the perfect pizza! Staff needs some training and owner/manager needs to help with training and be more available to his staff before will visit establishment again.\r \r I was told 45 minute wait for two take-n-bake pizzas. When I arrived 50 minutes later, I was told that my pizza was in line to be made. After waiting another 15 minutes, I asked when it would be ready, and I was told that it would be another 35-40 minutes. \r \r I asked for owner's name (Pete) and email/phone number and was told that he doesn't give that information out and to call the store the following day and ask to speak with him. I said after waiting for 2 hours for take-n-bake pizza that I think the least he could do is call me instead of me having to call him. I left my name and phone number for him to call and was told that he would be helping to open the store the following day (noon). I never heard from the owner. \r \r I've spent $77.27 in pizzas there in the last two weeks and it will take a call from the owner before I will spend another cent in this franchise/location.
