Mall Cinemas

Mall Cinemas is located in Shelby at the Cleveland County Mall. If you use the main entrance off Dixon Blvd, you see it after you pass McDonalds. The cinemas are new. They are probably a year old now, and I really enjoy going to them. They are really neat because they have more movies playing at once, and the concessions don't look old. The building is always clean and well-kept, and I get the feeling they want it to stay that way. They, like a theatre should be, do not allow loud talking and "horse-play" unlike before when they were located at the other 2 cinemas (they closed when this new one was build. This is the only movie theatre in Shelby with the exception of the Sunset Drive-in Theater). As another reviewer stated, this theater is good for Shelby and the community. A lot of people from other towns go to the Mall Cinemas. more

Mall Cinemas is located at Cleveland County Mall in Shelby, North Carolina. It is new and really a neat theater. It's the only one in Shelby now, as the other one closed. I like this one much, much better because it is clean and well-maintained. It is better for the community as well. I like the speakers a lot, and each showing room is huge. It's really nice, and the seats are awesome. Prices are adequate considering it is a new theater and not much more than in the previous years. I love going here a lot. more
