Best bridal salon in Tampa Bay! 8/11/2011

I bought my dress at a Badgley Mischka trunk show, and the entire experience was great. Malindy and the designer Rep took measurements and arranged to have the dress custom sewn so all I had to do was add a bustle. Such great service! And then when it came time to take care of the alterations, Lindy and her alterations person were very easy to work with, and everything went really smoothly. She even packaged and shipped my dress to my out of town destination for me. All in all, it was a great experience. more

At Malindy Elene, they treat you like a princess The staff at this boutique truly make you feel special as you search for the perfect dress for your special day! They do not pressure or make you at all feel like you need to make a decision, but take the time to help you find exactly what you are looking for. Fabulous Experience, Loved it! 8/1/2011

I was so pleased with my experience at Malindy Elene that I ended up buying my wedding dress, veil, shoes AND the mother of the bride gown. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition! The staff was extremely welcoming, genuine, friendly and patient. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, so I never had to worry. The store is just precious with a great atmosphere. They really made me feel special. The owner Lindy ended up becoming a friend after the wedding. I highly recommend Malindy Elene! more

Fit for a Queen 5/21/2010

I purchased my wedding gown from Lindy and Traylor who were both outstanding to work with. I was treated like a queen and the service was impeccable. I had been to several other bridal stores in the Tampa bay area and Malindy Elene's was by far my favorite! I could not have asked for a better experience which continued far past just my wedding date. I have and would continue to recommend this boutique to anyone who values outstanding service and beautiful gowns.? Pros: Exceptional Service and Quality Cons: NONE! more

I went for my final fitting and my bridal gown is so perfect and the service was so amazing, I had to write about it! My Mom bought her gown at this magnificent boutique as well, and she looks fabulous!! We are so excited for the big day!! The owner, Malindy and her staff were so attentive, and in touch with every detail. I would highly recommend anyone to this bridal shop. Pros: Wonderful Service and Beautiful Gowns more

The employees and owner of this shop (Malindy Elene Bengston, ""Lindy"") created so much stress in, and ruined so much of, my wedding planning, actual wedding, and time after my wedding (through me trying to get them to make it right). Shame on them. Pros: None. Cons: Too numerous to mention. more

I purchased my wedding gown, in addition to my bridesmaids dresses at Malindy Elene Bridal through Taylor who is FABULOUS! Personally, I would recommend this bridal salon to anyone in the Tampa Bay area & beyond. Their dress selection, both bridal gowns and bridesmaid dresses are lavish and unique. Terrible Customer Service! Snotty for no reason! 5/30/2008

AWFUL salespeople! Total snobs! I went here at the recommendation of my florist, who is the best in Tampa. Ladies- BEWARE of the bridal network and referrals vendors give! This was a pretty boutique, but very very snotty salespeople. The selection was extremely limited as well, for bridal gowns and bridesmaid's dresses. Send a message to this boutique by going elsewhere! They think they have the market cornered and can treat customers with disrespect! Brides spend a lot of money to make their wedding special, and buying our dress or bridesmaid's dresses should be a wonderful experience. Malindy Elene's salespeople have bad attitudes! However, I love Monica and everyone at CC's Bridal Boutique- very nice and much better selection. CC's won my business and I tried on a lot of dresses at many boutiques! Pros: Pretty from the outside.. Cons: SNOTTY and rude salespeople! more
