Don't keep commitments 4/12/2010

I purchased a good size Live Oak for $500. It was scheduled to be delivered and planted the next Monday between 8 a.m. and Noon. A little after noon on Monday I called to see why they had not shown up. I was told that they deliver was scheduled for Tuesday and that the Monday scheduled was ""overlooked"". I received no telephone call to advise me of the change. I guess they would have just shown up on Tuesday when I am not home. Cons: Did not deliver when promised without notice more

prices are too high 6/22/2009

They have a girl working the front named Tina that must be a family member. She doesn't know about plants or landscaping. Thus, she has an attitude if she does not know the answer to a question. I now go to Thai-T nursery on 46. Much better prices and knowledgable sales people. Pros: good selection Cons: prices more
