Per the other 2 reviews of Maki Boy, I would also chime in that it is very good. I have only had the Philadelphia rolls on the sushi side of the house, but they were very good, and you could tell the ingredients were very fresh. On the Korean side of the menu, I have tried the Bibimbob, and the spicy bean paste soup. I was impressed on how fresh both dishes were. The bibimbob had all of the veggies nicley compartmentalized, so that each one was seperate, and thus, retained their crispyness. The rice came in a different container ( take -out) so that it would not get soggy on the trip home. Also little containers contained the hot spicy paste you mix in it. You get your choice of what meat you want to add. Another plus to Maki Boy, is that they have a panchon station, that is, you can serve your self the assorted little dishes you get at Korean rests, such as kimchee, cucumber, etc. I was impressed on how fresh the food was, and yes, the strawberry - bananna smoothies are to die for.
