I bought my wedding dress from a local bridal shop and had my alterations done there. After paying an arm and a leg, I was absolutely disappointed in the bustle they did. When I brought up my concerns, they basically brushed me off. I called Make It Fit with only a week before my wedding. Not only did they let me come in that day, but they were able to fix the bustle and make it look awesome in less than 24 hours. I would have paid $50 for the work they did, but was only charged $15. On top of everything else, the seamstress I worked with was super nice, patient, and helped my mom figure out how to bustle it in less than 5 minutes [the other shop basically left us on our own to figure it out]. It was my lucky day when I step foot in this store !!! I'm getting maried in July '09 and I could not take my mind out of the dress I want...but could not afford it: Ines di Santo at $5,000 price tag. I did not see my self wearing any other dress on my wedding day and i was running out of time.Then one day at lunch one of my coworker ask me if I've seen the wedding dresses from MakeItFit (Brea)and that they have a small but great selection. So guess what I did after work ? yes !! I went straight to the place :-) I walked in and showed Julianna the picture of the dress I want and told her that I can only afford to spend max of $2,000 .She ask me what I like the most about the dress...I told her EVERYTHING !Her response :""OK then we got work to do ! "" \r She got the Jasmine catalog (Jasmine will let you change everything you dont like about the dress) and showed me a dress that had the exact same design on top,but all lace Aline skirt with way too much lace ,too much tule ,nothing like the dress I wanted...simple and elegant.\r She told me that we are going to order the dress without any lace and sugested to upgrade the fabric to silk organza , change the beading detail at the waist and add beadding to the spagheti straps ...I could not say a word ,my dream was becoming reality and she made it look so easy !!!!!! I cant wait for my dress to come in !! I paid $275 to upgrade the fabric and I even paid rush delivery (because...I cant wait to see it )\r Julianna thank you,thank you,thank you ,from all my heart !
