Rude, Rude, Rude people that take orders and answer phones!\r \r We have used 10 dumpsters in the course of the year. First issue is how RUDE their staff is. \r \r Every time you call they act as if you're an intrusion! They are very curt and talk down to you. (We live in a time that these people forget if we don't use them the company goes under and they LOSE their job)\r \r Example; I call I say ""I need the dumpster picked up!"" They say I will put you on the board!"" I then have to ask ""can you give me an approximate time or date?"" They say ""Sometime Monday"" How difficult would it be to act friendly and say ""we will have someone out there on Monday! Thank you for calling?""\r \r After receiving a dumpster I called to say ""This dumpster is smaller"" They say"" No it is not!"" They say ""Yes it is I am looking at your paperwork!"" I say ""No I could not see over the top of the other one!"" Then she acts as if I am lying?.\r \r In the 20 times I have called to drop off and pick up...not once have I called that the person wasn't rude and hateful.\r \r Also we use bill pay our check goes from out bank electronically to their bank all transfers get there in 2 -3 days max. Then they claim days later they do not have it? When Our bank even verifies that they have the funds and have had them a week to 10 days? They still say they do not have them. That is pretty weird!\r \r Though I am glad to have this service. I am glad that I no longer have to use them. Rudeness is not something I need from a desk girl.\r more

I have used Major Waste for 20 years at one location, was so satisfied, I used them at the next and am delighted to be able to continue with their excellent service in a new city. There was no question when I saw they were among my options. more

This is the service that we have used for the last nine years. We have a small dumpster and they provide weekly service. I have been able to discard almost anything and they take it away and are always on time. Any questions I have had are always answered politely and professionally. I'm made to feel like an important customer , although I'm a small customer. I have enjoyed having this service and would not hesitate to recommend them. nov more
