Customer service, rooms, amenities, location, ambiance, all 4 Stars! I could not be more impressed.\r \r It was my first time to stay athe The Majestic but it will not be my last. My husband and I are planning a romantic weekend back to Chicago from LA just to stay here and unwind. Very satisfied:) more
