My Benz was involved in an accident, so AAA recommended me to Maita collision. After almost three weeks we received a phone call from Terry our advisor at Maita stating the car was ready and for pick up. When we arrived we asked to pull the car out so we can take a look at it. The car on the outside was clean, just washed, BUT covered in scratches all over (which was never there when the car was towed to begin with).. Inside of the car was FILTHY, the seats looked like they were sitting in a junk yard for years and put inside of this car, the carpets hard dirty foot prints, the roof part inside was covered with greasey finger prints. The passenger seat was broken (it was not broken when the car was towed there), Terry stated the seat was broken but the guy who actually worked on the car said he manually pulled the lever to move the seat which shouldn't have been done bc it is all computerized. The hinges inside by the door was missing, (Terry said they forgot to put it on). The glove compartment was left hanging open broken.. The courter panel that was replaced was making noises when the other said that had no damage didnt. the paint job had bubbles in it. All this was okay with the body shop, and Terry who thought there was nothing wrong. Terry told use she didnt think anything was worng, and when we stated the interior and exterior looked horrible she said we were lying the car was ""filthy"" when we brought it there. After we told Terry since she couldn't do anything and we would contact automotive Beaure she said she would contact her manager and see what she could do.. Lonnie(manager) called us back and said ill try to fix it.. Lets wait and see if it gets fixed...
Pros: I wish i could mention one good thing about this place.
Cons: poor customer service, unprofessional work/staff(terry)
