I tried Mai's Spa once when it first opened. I live in Bridge Mill and its location is very convenient. It's right outside of Bridge Mill. I was so excited at first because finally there's a Spa really close to where I live where I can go for a massage, manicure, pedicure and waxing. I don't care about the $. I care about convenience, quality of work, and customer service.\r

I came in definitely not on a busy day (at least I think this to be the case). The owner Mai was the one who started with my services (manicure and pedicure). The whole time she was with me, she was making calls and answering calls from her cell phone (she had a head set/ear phone). Halfway through, she had to give me to someone else to still make some calls!!! The guy who took over kept talking with his co-workers in Vietnamese! It was so frustrating. I go to the Spa to relax and get pampered, not to get poor service because someone had to take/make cell phone calls and definitely not to listen to a foreign language I don't understand. I understand that I didn't go to an American spa/salon but for the prices Mai's is charging I expected better customer service and a relaxing atmosphere.\r

I haven't been back since then and I don't plan to come back. There are a lot of spas in the area so I am definitely not missing them. I found Salon and Spa Venessa in Woodstock, GA and I am a very happy and satisfied customer!!!
