When dealing with Mainly and RedMax products, be advised of the following;\r If the machine is not running right, your gas is old, your gas has too high an octane, your gas is too low an octane or you used the wrong 2 stroke oil as it has to be RedMax brand, you used the wrong mix of oil because you are stupid too measure it, you did not run the machine hard enough, you ran the machine too hard, you left gas in the machine or you drained the gas out between uses. My point is, it has to be something that you did wrong to the RedMax product as it certainly cannot be the product itself. Goodluck with them and service. more

Stopped by to just ask if the could look at my walk behind mower. Could not get the bolt for the rear whell off. While I knew there would be a wait of a few weeks if they needed to do repair, I thought someone might be able to eye ball it and just let me know what my options are. Great answer from the donut eating ahole...""Two weeks for any mower service"". Me...Could someone maybe just look at it, don't have to touch it, it's next to the open garage door where all the mechanics were working. ""Nope, two weeks, can't look at it"". Nice, very nice. Wonderful customer service. God forbid the D-bag take less than one minute to look at it. No can do, two weeks for service. \r \r I will gladly recommend Yerxa's, which I went to directly and they came out looked at it, told me the problem and the fact it would need to be serviced and it would take several weeks before they could get to it. No problem, left it with them and went on my way.\r \r Maine-Ly Small Engines is Maine-Ly a joke. With customer service like that who needs A-holes around. They certain have that cornered. more

Just had my lawn tractor in the shop after it refused to start. Service was fast and lawn tractor is back in excellent shape. Just finished moving lawn and just as good as new. more

I I had dropped off my tractor to be services and ended buying a brand new one. They sell top of the line - not cheap Wal-Mart or Lowes equipment. They worked out a trade in deal with me and thoroughly went over the tractor. I have been in several times for part on other pieces of equipment and also for tune ups. Not really sure what the deal is with the guy below. I have become very friendly with this family from doing business with them. I know they would never send out equipment unless it was done the way the customer asked. Maybe it was an error on his persons end and not this business. It doesn't even make sense. I will continue to do service with them and refer everyone I know. My wife also went in ... being a female going in by herself, they aren't about screwing anyone over. Honesty is key. Great job guys. go there to get parts for my chainsaw, snowblower and lawmower I'm a mechanic so I work on my stuff my self and they are always willing to share advice and allow me to talk to there mechanics to fix my stuff and the parts I ask for are alway right and most of the time quick if they need to order depends on the mail service lol!! I bought my tractor at Mainely small engines and have had it for 6 years with no troubles. I have routine maintenance done to the tractor there also. They have always done quality work for me and have done it quickly. Who could ask for anything more? Highly recommended. Pros: parking, service, convenient location more
