Honest repair analysis 10/18/2013

Took car in because I thought there was squeaking coming from the breaks. They inspected and said break pads were fine. (How many places would just change pads and say they needed,changing???) Also had an oil change and tire rotation. They did the job quickly, called when done and the entire job was inexpensive. A service station that you can trust. more

too long a wait 10/17/2013

We have been customers for years,but it is just taking too long. 2 hours for inspection, 3 hours for a new tire, 3 hours last year for inspection. Sorry, we are leaving. This last time, they said the inspectiion would only take an hour and even offered to take me home, which was nice, but i decided to wait, 2 hours later I'm still there. more
