The new band instrument repair technician and he is doing great work. Last year their technician retired so the repairs were sent out to Lee Barron at 'get it fixed' band repair and the work wasn't very good. But since they've hired Louie, I've been very pleased with the work. more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS REPAIR BUSINESS 10/12/2011

I made a BIG mistake leaving my sons trombone here for repair. Jamie, the owner / repair tech was so rude to me when i pointed out to him that the slide was still hanging up at the same point it was when i brought it in to him almost 2 weeks earlier. he told me that the kink really did not effect the ""playability"" of my son's trombone. he still charged me over $70.00. I am so mad that this happened. i would NEVER advise anybody to use this store for anything! more

New Owner and Staff are Wonderful 3/2/2010

Mainstreet Music & Electronics has been under new ownership for 3 years now and I love shopping there. It's too bad that the new owner has to overcome the old issues from the old store. It is nothing like it used to be. You should stop in and see what they have to offer. I bought my daughter's guitar there and they were very helpful. Kimberly. Awesome Experience - Knowledgeable Staff 3/2/2010

I was searching for a guitar for my daughter and Jamie showed me all kinds of options with the pros and cons of each choice. He took the time to explain to me what to look for. I checked out other stores before buying but came back to Mainstreet Music for my purchase. He was so helpful and great to work with. Great Selection at a Great Price 2/26/2010

I purchased an ESP EC1000 from Jamie and he beat the online price, even with the tax. He was wonderful to work with and would definately buy from again. I love ESP guitars and Main St Music is the place to go for ESP's. Thanks again, Jesse. Pros: Price matching, tons of gear, great support more

Not a good experience 9/29/2009

I had a bad experience with the CEO Jamie from a guitar that he had posted on Craigslist. He was really rude. When I asked for a picture of the ding in the guitar, he responded with ""when I get a chance"" and then I didn't hear anything for 2 days until I contacted him. When he got back to me his response was very arrogant. I would not recommend buying anything from him. Pros: had a guitar I was interested in Cons: very rude and no customer service more
