This company is absolutely abhorrent.The staff will not return your phone calls and when you are able to get a hold of someone they insinuate that you will most likely be unable to finance because they are assuming you have bad credit. The customer service (when attainable) is atrocious. I will not be doing business with this company, instead I will expand my business with a much more personable competitor. more

Insurance 8/29/2006

We worked with Main Street Group for a number of years until we moved out of state. I loved their location on Main Street in old downtown Mesa. I found them very friendly and enjoyed the fact that the mom, dad and son all worked together. They gave us great service and always found us the best deal with our insurance. When we had a claim they took care of us. I highly recommend them. PROS: Great Service CONS: ??? more
