My wife and I have been avid restaurantauers for over 25 years. Upon moving to Austin from So. California we began our search for a place that could provide us with what until now proved to be an almost impossible combination of experiences. We enjoy and appreciate an upscale but not uppity dining environment and a friendly staff. Thank goodness that, based on the recomendation of the manager of another restaurant in town, we took the short trip up to Round Rock. We have discovered the ""Jewel"" of Austin's dining collection. Delicious Dining Experience 5/17/2002

Round Rock HAS an upscale dining venue serving new American cuisine and if you haven't been there then shame on you. The owner Jim welcomes all & will make sure your experience is a good one. The restuarant is small, so reservations are recommended, bt I always walk in with a guest & get seated. Great food & service, extensive wine selections...why go anywhere else? more
