They quickly diagnosed my problem and provided me with a plan to perform repairs which included parts, labor and time. I was back on the road within 1-1/2 days of getting it into the shop. I didn't have any difficulties related to the original problem during the rest of my trip and made it safely home. Excellent! more

every time i HAVE to come in (usually for a tire patch) it takes so long. Last time i was in i was told one thing, took my car to big o in breck and was told that non of what i was told was true, and they fixed my car without even charging me. more
