You have to give 48 hour notice for canceling an appointment or they will fine you $25.\r
\r
If you have problem with Periodontal, they will send you a specialist more than half an hour drive from their practice. If you decided to choose for yourself locally, they will charge you 25$ for X-rays.\r
\r
They have notice in front of receptionist's window saying ""treat your friends or loved one for tooth whitening -200$ off"" I asked her how much it is after the deduction, 450$!.. Isn't that on-going rate anyway?
