I would go to vet before I went back to this clinic first they prescribed me an antibiotic I made perfectly clear I was allergic to then they tried to send me a bill saying I did not pay their bill and when I gave them proof from by bank that I paid them they tried to say that they did not have insurance but I had the statement from the insurance saying what was paid which had test they billed for that where not preformed and they billed for a doctor but only saw a nurse practices nor Ii would go anywhere else before I went to them again. more

Good: The CRNP was police and prompt in following up on my routine exam result.. Bad: The receptionist was rude and unprofessional when I went to sign the release form for my medical record.. Improvements: The receptionist behaves in professional manner.. Other: I went in to sign the release form right before office closed. Two receptionist were talking in front of me saying "what is she doing when we are about to close?" When I asked for the release form, the one who was standing on the side said... "Why would she want her medical record to keep for her self!!?" in a pissed and rude manner. I wonder if they assumed I do not understand English or something because I do not look American. Anyhow, the younger receptionist was VERY rude and unprofessional.. more

I think this is a very nice clinic for this small town. The staff is always friendly and care how you are. They took care of my mother while she was sick and took the time to check on her often even when I came in for my self. I have gone here for years and it is so nice to have a friendly environment and caring staff to see me as a person not a pay check. They were even so kind as to attend my mother's viewing when she passed. I rate them an A+ but it is best you visit to see what you think and remember to make your own judgment not to just believe the things your reading. Some say bad some say good but I say these ladies are awesome.. My whole family goes here and we love it. more

The first time I went here was after I'd taken four home pregnancy tests and wanted a blood test done to verify. I went in, paid my $40 copay, was asked to "tee-tee" in a cup (very professional). Dr. Columbia came in, said "Yep, you're pregnant, you need to decide where you want to deliver your baby and pick an OB." Threw me a business card for the OB that practices in town, said she'd write me a prescription for prenatal vitamins (which cost $80 AFTER insurance at Walmart) and left. Three weeks later, I came in and told them I'd gotten a positive result on home UTI tests. The nurse had no idea they existed, which was funny. Anyway, same doctor came in, said, "Yep, you've got a UTI. I'll write you a prescription for an antibiotic and something to help with the pain." I made sure to remind her that I was pregnant, and needed an antibiotic that was safe for me to take. She said sure, asked about the pregnancy, congrats, yadda yadda yadda. Well, after picking up the prescription, it had the nice little "Check with your doctor if you plan to become pregnant" warning on the side. Called my OB's office, which said no, you shouldn't be taking these, so they had to call me in a new prescription. I don't understand how I can tell them EXACTLY what is wrong and what I need, and they can STILL screw it up. This, coupled with the wait time, makes me realize I will not be visiting them ever again. more

The staff and medical providers were friendly and efficient,I had ample time with the Dr.and had a minimal wait time.The facility was very neat and clean with up to date testing and paperless medical records.Even better I was well in no time.I definitely recommend this facility. Melinda R. more

This is the most backwoods hillbilly wanna be medical center I've ever seen. Don't waste your time going here .The Nurse ( so called )was writing my information down on a papertowel.lol 2 funny.The worst more

If you're in town and absolutely can't make it through the half hour drive to a better doc-in-a-box place, then...this place isn't too bad. There are two nurse practitioners (maybe more or less by now, I'm not sure), and they're both very nice. However. I wasn't very happy with how I was treated the last time I was there. She wouldn't prescribe me the proper antibiotic, and in fact what she gave me made it worse, and I had to dump more co-pays into seeing someone who would *actually* get the job done. So, I wouldn't go here unless I was totally desperate. Plus, parking is a nightmare...especially around the time the high school next door gets out. more
