Polite and sympathetic 2/26/2009

I have used Main Line Collision to deal with several mishaps and the work has been excellent. Admittedly the man who answered the phone for my most recent problem was gruff, but the man who actually arranges for the work was sympathetic and polite. He was able to write up an estimate for my particular insurance company, which works with Main Line Collision (a good recommendation in itself) and get things moving even before the call was over. Pros: near home Cons: gruff man may answer phone more

Rude & Obnoxious. Go Elsewhere 1/4/2007

I recently took my Toyota 4Runner to this place for an estimate. I walked in and was looked up and down (I was wearing a t-shirt and jeans) then told ""what do you want?"" I asked for an estimate and was told that they were too busy and couldn't see me. I asked when I could come back and tried to work out a time. I was quickly told that if I had a previous estimate to go to that place because they would be much higher. Just because they are on the main line does not give them the right to be rude and obnoxious. Go somewhere else. Pros: Close to home Cons: Staff things they are better than you more
