Mail Boxes Plus

I went to drop off a Fedex Envelope and the brunette lady who works there was extremely rude. First off, she at first would not allow me to send my work related documents and told me that I should have gotten a Fedex slip from my employer before coming. The whole point of me coming to a PACKAGING place is to get the PACKAGING slips and envelopes... After telling her I send out weekly documents at other various FedEx locations and have never been questioned or chastised for wanting to send out a package, she reluctantly gave me the Fedex envelope. After I put in my documents, she THEN proceeds to grab my copy of the fedex slip which I question her and she replies she wanted to make sure I was indeed shipping ""work"" documents to a work address with a verified account number. I will never return to this location and deal with this woman or her business again... more

The store would not let me put my return address on a package I sent and now the package is lost. I call to try and find out where the package may be and I talked to 2 different rude people who found it difficult to simply look up information in the computer. Wow! Never will I send from this location again. more
