We Love Them 6/29/2009

I got my new kitchen from Maidencreek TV & Appliance and Jerry & Randy did a great job. They were so professional and my kitchen looks terrific. I would recommend going to see them. My kitchen is beautiful. The install guys pointed out a small scratch on the dishwasher panel and they replaced the panel and everything is just perfect. I don't know that I would have noticed the scratch, it was so tiny. They really care about the job they do and it really shows. Pros: Sales knowledge & great Installers Cons: none more

Disagree with the bad review 4/20/2009

I have a very narrow basement stairway and went to several places to find a dryer that would fit down those steps. No one could help me, until I called Maidencreek Tv and Appliance. Within 1/2 hour they found a 27" dryer that would fit. The two gentlemen that came to do the installation were so nice and so professional. They actually had to remove some wood trim from the basement doorway and when they were finished they were sure to put that trim back up. Also, while carrying the dryer down, a small piece of wood chipped off the step and they offered to fix it-I declined, it was such a small piece, no one would ever even notice it was chipped. I highly recommend this company to anyone!! more

The negative review was brought to our attention through a new customer that wanted to make us aware of what was posted on this site. After looking at the name listed by the reviewer, we came to an immediate conclusion that this was by a previous employee. Just a note of information, the customer that brought this to our attention decided to buy from us and not allow one disgruntled employee destroy the integrity of our company which has been built on honesty and serving our community for the past 40 years.
