I have used Maid Pro's cleaning service for several years now. They always seem to impress me. I came home today from a long day of work. I had a diner party the night before and had left several dirty dishes, pots, pans and glassware out. My cleaner had done them all and even put them away. Thank you so much Maid Pro. You make my life just a little easier. more

I am so happy I just had my home cleaned by Maid pro. The two girls were very professional and did a great job. They did everything they said they would and helped me out in a pince. They cleaned things that I never have time to do. They were even great to my dog. I will definitely be using them again. more

I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. My wife spoke with the owner three or four times to set up service today. They promised us to show up between 9-11 am and at 1:00 PM, my wife called them to find out where they were as they had not shown up or called. The owner was incredibly rude and unprofessional with her and told her that the window is only a "guideline", but they can come whenever and it is not their policy to call even though they are late. She then threatened my wife and told her that we would still be responsible for the cancellation fee even though they stood us up. I completely believe the other complaint below as the owner of this service is very shady. Was all professional when she was selling and then switched over to the surly used car salesman when her service failed to meet commitments.\r \r There are plenty of good maid services in Dallas, this is not one of those services. Will report to Better Business Bureau. more

hired maid pro to deep clean my house for $400. They were suppose to do blinds, baseboards, floors, etc. I don't even think that they mopped my floors, dust was still on them. My baseboards were not touched in a lot of places. They put the blinds up half way to indicate that they were cleaned but if you take your finger to the blinds and window sills, dirt/hair/dust is on your finger. Even my kitchen table had places that they missed, it looked like they wiped it once but the spots from my kids (which I got up by rubbing on them) were left. My bathrooms were just wiped over quickly once so not clean. They did not move anything to vacuum. Not much was on the floors but would of been nice to move the little items in bedrooms (like pillow chair, floor lamp) instead of quickly vacuuming around leaving dust around items. I have called them and they have not called back. If they do not fix, then I may have to report them somewhere else. It would have been cheaper to take vacation day off work and do it myself. Pros: they were friendly when they arrived Cons: don't know how to clean, just check off box if they barely do job more
