We were really pleased with the work done in our condo. We just did a spring cleaning and decided to start regular service. The staff they sent were uniformed, they called us before to review details, and overall we were just pleased with the whole experience. more

Great value for service provided 3/10/2012

I have to say the experience we have had with MaidPro is much different then other services we have tried. Overall, this company seems to be a well run outfit. They offer good cleaning but the customer service is equal to what you would expect in the 21st century. They answer the phone, they take requests, and they follow up with us on a regular basis to make sure we are pleased. Overall we are pleased and have been using them about 6 months now. more

Ahead of the curve 3/4/2012

Finally a Maid Company in the 21st century. They have e-mail, answer the phone, and actually have qualified people answering the phones. The cleaing staff I get are professional and did a great job. These guys are way ahead of the other services I have tried in the past, and in a good way. more

House is now ready or baby... 5/24/2011

I have to say Thank you to MaidPro, my house was turned upside down because I have been confined to bed during the last 2 months of my pregnancy. They have been cleaning for us (and cleaning up after my messy husband) for the past month. They do a great job, the cleaners are professional, and today the office sent me a personal card because they know the baby is due soon. Service is top notch, and as I sit here stuck in my bed I am so thankful the dishes aren't piled to the ceiling. Thanks MaidPro, I appreciate all you do for our family. more

Reliable, quality service with above average customer service. The cleaning is good and they are responsive when we have requests and questions. Our assigned cleaners speak English which is helpful, and they are professional and trustworthy. If you are looking for a professional and reliable service you will be in good hands with MaidPro. more

Excellent maids 5/6/2011

MaidPro of Sugar Land is amazing. We use them on a regular basis and their maids are great. They do baseboards and fans without charging extra and that means a lot to us. They also have really superior office help compared to the services we tried before them. MaidPro is a keeper for our family! more

Must admit we are super picky. Our experience with MaidPro has been far superior compared to the other available services in our area. We appreciate that they have a local office in Sugar Land. Their local office is really responsive and they understand good customer service. I never write these reviews but my experience with MaidPro of Sugar Land warranted an on-line round of applause. more

Finally found a good one - 4/26/2011

We finally pulled the plug and changed from our old service to MaidPro. I wish I would have switched earlier because the quality of the work and level of service are much much better than the last service we were with for two years. They have surprisingly great service for this type of business. We have a 3500 square foot home and they did a great overall job cleaning. They also did the blinds and baseboards which my prior service never did. Would recommend them. more
