Maid To Perfection of Lancaster

Unfortunately, I never got the chance to actually use their service. I had an appointment arranged for 12:30pm for them to provide me an estimate. I confirmed for this time, as I was going to have to leave work and I had already confirmed an appointment with a moving company to come out 15 minutes prior. After waiting until 1:00pm, I decided I could not and should not wait any longer and left to return to work. Two minutes later, the gentleman called to inform me that he was running late and would it be ok for him to swing by in 45 minutes! WHAT? I politely informed him that it was unacceptable to wait 30 minutes AFTER the beginning of the appointment to let someone know you're running late and that I would not be requiring his company's service. I will gladly use another company who appreciates my business and respects my time. more

I was moving into a new home and was way too busy to clean the house. Maid to Perfection does an absolute stellar job. They cleaned things I would otherwise not have cleaned. I only wish I hired them in college!! Pros: It saved me time, hassle, back and knees! more
