Flexible service 6/26/2013

Maid in America is very flexible so if you have last minute changes they are very accommodating. They work to my budget and we work together to see what we can do with my budget. I have been using them more than 5 years and they are great ! more

Brenda and her staff at Maid in America are very professional and I felt they were very diligent with getting the stuff clean. They were in and out in a timely basis and with the great price, I was very pleased. more

They're really good to work with. 5/1/2013

We moved into the home we're in now in 2005. I've had Brenda as the housekeeper since we moved in. We've been really happy with her. If there is an issue they come right away to take care of it. They follow through, and the supervisor will come through sometimes to check o n the work. They try to handle any special requests if they can. They're trustworthy, friendly, and get along with my dogs. more

Thrilled with their service, they even pet-sat for us in an emergency 4/10/2013

Maid in America is very reliable and flexible. The times I have had to change the schedule to accommodate guests or a party, she was always willing to work with me. For a personal emergency we had to go out of town and Brenda was willing to pet-sit for us because she had a key to our house. We are very thrilled overall with the service. more

A company with a personal touch. 4/2/2013

Brenda, the owner of Maid in America, is very good. She is hands on with her company. She customizes everything to what each client needs. She makes it work with your budget and needs. She really has a great system over there. I know that everyone there goes through a background check. She knows everyone she works with, she does not subcontract her staff. I really feel comfortable having them in my house, it never feels like they're strangers. Plus, in a funny way, I feel like they actually care about the job they're doing and strive to take care of my home. I really like that. It's like they're looking out for you. It's nice having extra eyes around the house. And they are such hard workers! more
