Awful.. I wanted to give it no stars but it wont let me. Went in a couple weeks ago and dropped of a bunch of shirts. When I picked them up a few days later I noticed one of my shirts on both sleeves had tears in them. Almost looked like the shirt was burned. I was told that management would look at it and call me on my cell phone in a day or two. Over a week later I finally decided to go speak with the manager since I had not gotten a call. The manager told me they are not responsible. The shirt was worn out at the elbows and that is what caused it. The shirt is a couple of months old and has been worn maybe 5 times. I wouldnt take anything that is important to you. Drive the extra mile to deal with people who care.... I know i will. more

They are just rude. I will never go back to them and they are right down the street from me. I will drive 5 miles down the street to the other cleaners on beck rd beacuse they care Pros: there is not one Cons: this place is bad more

SERIOUSLY DO NOT GO TO THEM, I REPEAT DO NOT!!!-\r \r They messed up a dress of mine there is a HUGE spot on it. I called them and asked them how that happened and they blamed it on me!!!!! They said the spot was already there....when CLEARLY the shirt had been rubbed in a certain spot and they didnt realize that type of material COULD NOT BE RUBBED. Yeah then they told me about clothing discoloration, but im sorry didn't you just say it was my fault? Now it's your fault? The sad part is they wouldn't even refund me 10 dollars I payed to get my $100 dress RUINED. \r \r I WARN U AND I WARN U NOW...I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON THIS HAPPENED TO Pros: They take your clothes right away Cons: THEN THEY MESS EVERYTHING UP more

Do not go to this dry cleaners. They lost 2 of my husbands brand new suits and I'm still waiting on my refund. It has been 2 months! Their so called head quarters only has one person who works with claims and she never returns my call and still has not given me any idea when and if I will receive a refund. I have provided all the information they require (proof of receipt, copy of dry cleaner invoice) but apparently they still are undecided on what to do. I continue to call them every day but will be going to small claims if they do not refund me soon. Horrible customer service, they do not care!!!!!! Cons: Everything more

The comment above was inaccurate, she miss understood what service she asked for. She asked for the wash and fold service which consists of us washing the cloths, folding them and putting them in the bag, not pressing of hanging them. if they come unfolded in the bag its not our fault and sorry if your FOUR bags of clothes were back on time. so there more

I used this cleaners for their laundry services to have 4 big bags of laundry washed and folded. I got the laundry back 3 days after it was due in and when I opened the bags half of it wasn't folded and looked like it was removed from the dryer and shoved in a bag without being smoothed and was full of wrinkles. I called the manager who agreed with me but the owner told her they wouldn't do anything!! Cons: everything! more
