ford is back 2/3/2011

Although I did not service at Mahwah Ford when some people say the staff was rude I know that the new manager and the two new advisors were very nice to me during my service visit in January. The advisors office looked brand new and and my truck was fixed on time. Thanks Guys. Maybe things have changed. more

Rude Service 8/27/2010

The rudest service people I have ever dealt with in my life. I don't know what their problem is or that they just get a kick out of thinking they are such experts at everything, but it is certainly no way to treat a customer regardless of issue. Will never give them my business again even if I have to drive miles and miles out of the way. more
