I have never had a probelm with the Staff there and the Nurses and Doctors are amazing! Their Pampered Pregnancy Program is by far the best. I talk about it to my friends and they seem jealous that I get gifts at every Check up! I've been going to Dr. Arnold now for almost 5 years and will continue to go the this clinic far far into the future. \r \r If you are expecting and planning on having a baby, I truly recommend you take a close look at this clinic! more

I feel sad that almost a year after the review below complaining about the staff, I feel the same way. It seems that nothing has changed here. I agree that Dr. Mahan is a great person and a great doctor. She always has the time for you, but her receptionists are some of the worst that we have dealt with. They treat you like you are stupid and try to blame you when they make a mistake. I highly recommend the doctors but be careful with the support staff in the front desk. So when you go there and see the staff, don't go away because the doctors are good. :) Pros: The doctors are good Cons: The staff makes the office feel irresponsible. more

Dr. Mahan delivered both of my children. She is FANTASTIC in EVERY way! I found the staff to be pleasant and cheerful as well! I am surprised to read the review above that mentions no call back by the nurse as I have found the exact opposite to be true. The ENTIRE staff seemed to care about me, my family, as well as the baby I was pregnant with! I ended up delivering a bit early with my second baby and when I went in to see Dr. Mahan a week after my baby was born for my follow up, the entire staff wanted to see the baby and talked to me about the details as to what happened as they all knew and remembered I went earlier than planned! You just can't find that level of service much these days. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Mahan and this clinic! Pros: Excellent care/service, I felt like everyone KNEW me and my family, No problems getting appointments Cons: Only one woman doctor in clinic - the rest are men - would be nice to have back up women doctors on call! more

I used to go to CH I found the Dr was good but the supporting staff's service is worst\r the receptionist takes all your infromation when you call and says the nurse will get back to you but you never get a call back from nurse if you call one more time they say that called on some other number...this happens very often I never expected that I will get the worst service while I am spending thousands of dollars\r Pros: Worst service, they need to hire extra staff to support patients Cons: Dr is good more

Dr. Mahan delivered both my children. She's wonderful- understanding, compassionate and knowledgeable. She doesn't treat you like a ""case number"" and her office is by far anything but the typical cattle call doctor offices that are around today. In fact, there have been times when I needed to see her and I called that day, and she was able to fit me in her schedule. She is certainly worth the 50 miles I drive to see her. I've also seen the other doctors in her office- I've had positive experiences with all of them. more
