This agency is the worst agency I have ever worked with. They did not get the quote correct so the policy I requested was wrong, and the company set me up with has the worst bill...

This agency is the worst agency I have ever worked with. They did not get the quote correct so the policy I requested was wrong, and the company set me up with has the worst billing practices (Western). Three people at this agency could not get anything right. Unbelievable mess. more
