This place was great ! I was really impressed, I drove all the way from Idaho, to buy a Pickup from them. It was everything that was promised in the ad.\r \r \r I met up with a lady named Marie and she was so sweet, I asked her a thousand questions and she was so patient with me. I tend to annoy people with lots and lots of questions. I was driving the pickup home to Idaho and one of the tires got a flat, I must have picked something up in it on the freeway like a nail or a screw in it.\r \r \r \r I called Marie and I was already in Ontario , Oregon by then, and told Marie what happened because I was bored waiting for a Triple AAA tow truck to get there, \r \r \r \r I wasn't expecting Marie to do anything and she told me to take it to the nearest tire shop and she would just buy me a new tires since the tire shop said they couldnt fix the hole since it was on the side wall of the tire.\r \r \r Since I was in a small town they didnt have a tire in for 2 days, so I had to wait, Marie offered to pay for my hotel room, to wait for a new tire. I have never, ever seen customer service like this ever from a used car dealer ! She totally blew me away ! \r \r \r \r \r I would recommend this place to anyone ! more

My boyfriend and I were looking at a Subaru here for myself. They advertised $9000; kbb had it for $6600. My boyfriend talked to him and said we would like a Subaru dealership to look at the car before we bought it. We live in Seattle so wanted it checked out before we drove all the way down there. He said he would not drive to his lot and take it to a dealership because it was too far of a drive for him and ""what's a mechanic going to tell you? That it's been used?"" Okay..\r \r My boyfriend offered $7000 and they eventually agreed on $7300. I called them later that night to ask one more question about maintenance. In the ad he had pictures of all the maintenance records. But he wouldn't look at them for my question. I received a ""I doubt it."" He texted me later and said they decided to not sell it for that price and they would wait for someone else to offer more.\r \r Then he texted me the next morning saying that they would take $7300 but we were being ungrateful. I replied that we were no longer interested since they were being extremely unprofessional and we were not being ungrateful (we're paying customers! We do not need to appreciate it). He replied ""Who said I cared to ever be a professional."" and said he had plenty of money so he doesn't need to sell the car to us and ""What do I care who gets this flawless 1 owner. But I do know it won't be you."" I finally had to tell him to stop texting me.\r \r I'm sure that if we made the drive down there they would have changed their mind again about the price. No thanks! more

This place was great, no pressure period, wasn't like the usual mcgloughlin or 82nd type places I bought a 2000 Subaru Outback and has been great , I took it to my mechanic and all he aid it needed was a coolant flush , no biggy 50.00 later. Thanks Magos ! more

This place is a rip off!! We purchased a 2001 Honda Civic which drove fine on the test drive (which was on city streets) did not make any weird noises etc. We were unable to test the cruise control because of speed and stop lights but were assured that it worked. After we purchased the car, we made it approx. 3 blks from dealer when the car started making clutch noise (which according to ad was nice and smooth), we called the dealer back and were informed they had already left so we should just drive the car home and call if we continued to have problems. We live about 1.5 hrs away so as soon as we returned home we called because not only is there noise from the clutch, the curise control which they said worked great does not work at all!, once the car ran for 30 min or so the engine was making ticking noises. They were totally unsympathetic and basically told us we were stuck with car it was sold as is. When we questioned the lies we were told they played stupid. They were unwilling to take the car back or help with repairs! Said if we wanted to take them to court that was fine because we bought the car ""as is"" and they did not force us to pay them for the car. I would not recommend this place at all unless you want to get ripped off!! more
