I started yoga classes ~3.5 years ago at this Dahn Yoga Center in Forest Park.\r
Classes are usually 5-12 people which is a comfortable size, and the crowd is a mix of people with diverse ages, races, physical conditions, with more women but some men. \r
I enjoy the classes because they are guided, fun, a challenging workout, but always give time for relaxation.\r
I myself was a very active person even before coming to Dahn Yoga, and I have improved my breathing, stress management, flexibility, and i have healed my back after some old sports injuries... \r
I also take the Dahn Mu Do class, or Korean Tai-Chi, and it is a very good class. The instructors, David and Danielle, are very nice and knowledgeable teachers, you can ask them about anything and they have some helpful advice.\r
I recommend anybody to give it a shot, there is a nice community of people there!
Pros: challenging workout that most anyone could do
