Great Service 10/22/2013

Thank you for my recent experience with Magnolia Tire in Loris, SC. I went into the store to have my tire checked as I had a cut in the rear passenger tire. After checking to see when my last oil change was, they were gracious enough to get my vehicle's oil changed and tires rotated without any issue! I was back down the road in less than 40 minutes! Thank you again! more

I have never felt "taken advantage of" for being a woman with a car that needs help. I appreciate their honesty and their patience in explaining what they're doing. more

Took to long 10/10/2013

It ended up taking 3 days to do my brakes. Lost parts and then springs not installed and had to return to have them put in. However, Magnolia made sure everything was completed and installed properly by the end. They are very honest. more

I always get my oil changed at Magnolia Tires. Their waiting area is clean and child friendly. (They need new crayons and coloring books, but at least they have something.) They are fast, friendly, and I don't feel like I get taken advantage of because I am a woman. The prices are listed and are always the same. more

Customer Service 9/29/2013

I have been a customer of Magnolia since the Dore family became owners. Their heartfelt belief that customer service should be JOB 1 has been demonstrated time and again. I have locked myself out of my car - I have found myself stranded by a flat tire and a dead battery. One quick call and Gary Dore sent the tow truck, collected me and the car and my problem was taken care of very quickly. AND I love the FREE card I got that allows me to get a FREE TOW. All I do is send in a copy of the bill and get the tow fee refunded. That's Great Customer Service!! I do recommend Magnolia Tire Pros 100% of the time every time I have an opportunity to do so. more

very smooth hassle free transaction. when they found a problem on the car they took me out to the shop to show it to me...that's important. Gary is very customer focused and tire prices are pretty reasonable for a sticks and bricks business. more
