it's a swamp. it have slimey green ponds and it have mosquitos. i not like it's price. it was crowded. volley ball nets where torn. it say no pets, but workers have dogs there. ba...

enjoyed a great place 12/11/2009

its a place which I enjoy bringing my family . there is plenty of barbque pits & the beach is always clean .On Sunday' s i enjoy live music while my kids enjoyed riding the jetskies. The down fall is that I live out of town & i don't have enough time to come back often. great place 4/21/2009

where in houston can you take your child and yourself for $10 and drive in and park under a tree, swim, fish and go dancing to live music or dj?\r \r great value for your money considering that movies are 11 dollars. Pros: $10 for my car, child and myself Cons: get there early for beach front parking more

it's a swamp. it have slimey green ponds and it have mosquitos. i not like it's price. it was crowded. volley ball nets where torn. it say no pets, but workers have dogs there. bath rooms are gross.bar b q pitts are rusted and the roads are torn up and it is bumpy. trash all over. better to go to galveston Pros: you can turn around and leave for your home. Cons: trash, crowded, swampy, dirty water, hot, expensive prices, mosquitos, no one speaks english more

MAGNOLIA GARDENS BEST PARK IN TOWN 7/17/2008

WHEN I WENT TO MAGNOLIA PARK I THOUGHT IT WAS VERY NICE WE BARBQUE AND THEN JUMP IN THE LAKE THEY ALSO HAVE LIVE MUSIC WE CANT WAIT TO RETURN BUT I BELEIVE THE COST OF THE ENTRANCE IS A LITTLE TO STEEP THEY SHOULD CHARGE BY THE CAR NOT BY THE PERSON BUT OVER ALL ITS A BEAUTIFUL PARK IF THEY DIDN'T CHARGE SO MUCH, I WOULD GO MORE OFTEN. WITH THE PRICE OF GAS AND THEN THE PRICE FOR EACH PERSON I'LL MOST LAKELY MAKE IT IN ONCE A MONTH. more

this is the beltways best kept secret. hardly anyone knows about it. you can go with a few friends and grill it up there and then go jump in the lake. no glass is allowed nor pets. entry fee required Pros: good parking and family oriented, sherriffs on four wheelers. Cons: hot but lots of big trees and shade more
