The Magnolia Diner is an excellent place to eat. They have great food, great friendly staff, and it's a wonderful place for my friends and I to hang out. I love it, it's local, it's cheap, and the food is really great. So go check it out sometime, you won't regret it. more

Thanks for wanting my business 5/1/2006

The Magnolia Diner is a quick, relaxing, down home place to eat. The locals like to gather there. On May 1st, it became even more special. The owners were faced with a spanish cooking staff that were not coming to work on the Mexican walk out day. The owners decided that they would close. With only three phone calls from LEGAL Americans complaining, the owner decided that he himself would be the cook, and the restaurant would open as scheduled. If they had closed, thay would have lost my business, and the business of anyone that I could share the story with. Because of the stand that the owner made, I will continue to spend money there, and will encorourage all that I know to do the same. more

Good Food for the Price 9/22/2005

The Magnolia Diner is an alright place to eat, considering the limited options in Magnolia, TX. I have only been for breakfast (on several occasions), but it drives me crazy when drinks are not filled. I usually hate complaining, but I've gotta have the caffeine in the AM, and I really don't like to get out of my seat to get it myself---especially when I'm tipping someone to do that for me! BUT, the food is cheap, usually pretty good, and there is a lot of room. Also, if you have a copy of the Entertainment Book, I think there is usually a coupon for the Magnolia Diner. At least you won't spend a lot of money trying it out! more
