Annie Pond is delightful to work with, very accommodating, creative, talented and surprisingly affordable. I absolutely recommend her work. Way back in 2003, when we got engaged, my man and I decided to have our wedding rings made instead of buying them at a store. Pretty as they may be, store-bought rings just didn't speak to who we were, both as individuals and as a couple. We wanted rings that represented us and our relationship. We found Annie Pond online (even though she didn't own a computer), and after some conversation and some sketching, she made a pair of wedding rings that are breathtaking and just perfect for us. Strangers frequently compliment my ring, even though it is not large or flashy. The beauty and originality of the rings draws the eye anyway. My ring is a very intricate, incorporating the simpler pattern on my husband's ring; creating an unmatched but unmistakable pair. They are both very beautiful and they are everything we wanted them to be. We haven't seen Annie since we bought the rings but I think of her (and recommend her) whenever the conversation turns to wedding rings or to choosing a gift of jewelry for someone important to the giver. more

Great repair work, fast service 5/10/2005

After calling other jewelry shops in Seattle, Annie at Magnolia Custom Jewelry was the place to really come through. In stereotypical style, I decided very last-minute to surprise my wife on Mother's Day by repairing her engagement ring that she hadn't worn in over a year. With only a couple of days to go, I called around to find out that many jewelry shops don't do their own repairs...they would have to "send it out." With no time to have the piece travel to & fro, I finally spoke with Annie who, after hearing my wishful story, said she would be willing to put me to the top of her list and try to have the job done before the Sunday holiday. After I dropped off the ring, she called her suppliers and personally picked up the non-standard gold for the repair, and completely finished the job in just over 24 hours. Oh, and it looked fabulous! My new cache of romantic karma comes courtesy of Magnolia Custom Jewelry. more
