I have lived in Magnolia Commons a year and a half. It has been a great place to live until recently. We have had 3 different managers since we moved here this third manager doesn't do any of the jobs that need done nor is she nice or polite to residents that live here. We go to see the staff in hopes that any problems can be taken care of. This manager acts like she is listening and writes stuff down but months go by and she has nothing done to fix any problems. Out of honesty I think our main problem is to have a manager that refuses to fix anything.\r
*1. We have a gate around the place for our safety and either it stays open or won't open. The new manager even has it fixed now that if you don't have a card you can't get in. Used to if you had a friend visit they could type in to call your room and it would let you in now this manager stopped that too. So that means if a friend visits you have to drive up there and use your card to let them in.\r
*2. The pool area is suppose to have lights in it & around the pool area for safety purposes and they are broke and they won't fix it either. This manager doesn't even care about out safety.\r
*3. We have a tennis court that also has safety lights that have a switch to turn them on and off which is broke so they fixed it so that is works but it is put together as a safety hazard.\r
*4. It says free car wash but it doesn't work and if it does you wouldn't know since people that work there also park in the car wash area to keep there car out of the sun.\r
*5. Before you move in they tell you that they will change the air filter every three month so they don't give you a key to get to it. Well they don't even bother to come change it unless you call them to request it. How are we suppose to know to request it since we don't have a key to even check on it ourselves.\r
**So basically when this new manager decides to fix the problems maybe she will become worth having as a manager.
