We called Magic Wok and ordered $25 worth of food.The guy who took my order called back, said he charged me too little for 1 of my items and I agreed to write the $4 in as a tip on my debit reciept . When they came, they already wrote the $4 in, then I realized they forgot the 3 iced-teas I ordered. 1st, she asked if I could go over to Magic Wok to pick it up. I refused. She then called there on her cell then handed me her phone. Someone said ""Just cross out the extra $4, OK?"" I agreed, and she left. Shortly after, I called them back and told them how I didn't feel that was right, when I was assured by a lady on the line that the deliverer was coming back with our teas. 10 minutes later, Magic Wok called back. It was this girl, yelling about how she ""didn't tell me to cross out the $4"". I told her that SOMEONE did, and that's why I was under the impression they weren't coming back. She kept yelling, being very short with me as I calmly tried to explain to her it must have been a misunderstanding and how can we fix it? She kept yelling about the $4. I said, ""I've been trying to be cordial to you, but you are making it very hard because you are being very nasty."" She says ""if I don't like her nasty attitude, I don't have to call there anymore"". Things got out of hand after that, because she's been disrepectful to me numerous times and that's the 2nd time she said thatparticular line to me-the 1st time was 6 months ago. Being from Brooklyn myself, I can tell you that their food is really authentic ""New York Style""-and I was happy to find out that they were from Coney Island. However, last night was the final straw for me and they will not get a dime more of my money until they get rid of that girl. That girl needs to be fired. If it's the family business, they need to give her a job in the kitchen-AWAY FROM THE CUSTOMERS.
Pros: Food is really great!
Cons: They treat you like you DIDN'T just spend money at their establishment.
