Friendly people and clean facility 8/26/2014

This was my first time using Magic Valley Storage and they were great! We were building a new house and we needed a place to store all of our stuff while we cleaned the old house out. I was nervous about putting our things in storage, but this place was awesome. The location was perfect and the facility was clean. They also sent me emails about billing and I was able to pay that electronically each month. I would use them again if I needed to, I tell anyone who is looking for storage about them. more

Awesome service at Expensive Rates 1/24/2014

Nancy went above and beyond for me while I stored my belongings there, and always emailed me back within a few minutes of writing her. The only reason it got a couple less stars is because of the price. It is quite expensive just to store some stuff in a little garage, however it was clean, quiet, and I've never had any problems as far as service went. I would recommend it to people I know that needed a storage unit without the rudeness of other companies. Thanks again Nancy you were awesome to work with! more

We had a great experience with Magic Valley Storage. We were not there for very long, but for the short time we were, we couldn't have been happier. The units were clean, nice, and tidy. It was a good experience! 11/5/2013

Magic Valley Storage is a good location with lots of space. Their customer service was fine and I never had any problems with them. I kept my camper there and they gave me a bigger space when it was available. I paid a year in advance but moved before that year was up so they gave me a refund without giving me a hard time. Good customer service. 10/2/2013

Magic Valley Storage was very helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had a unit that would accommodate us. They gave us the exact size we needed and did not try to oversell us or undersell us. The unit was very clean. I've been storing there for about five years now. The people are always very pleasant. Working with Magic Valley Storage was a good experience and everything turned out like I hoped it would. I searched around a couple of places but didn't find a place nearly as clean or well-maintained. That's why I continue to utilize them. more

I used Magic Valley Storage to store a bunch of stuff nobody in the family wanted and then after a few years moved it out. There weren't any problems. I was only there to put the stuff in and take it out. The people there were nice. more

Accommodating, fairly priced 7/1/2013

Magic Valley Storage has been great. I called them from Oregon and they were friendly and welcoming and helpful from the beginning. Their prices are reasonable and when I arrived it was a clean, well run facility with nice landscaping. The person at the front desk had a big smile on her face and when we moved again and had to discontinue our contract they were more than willing to help us move without an additional fee. Very accommodating and all-in-all a good experience. more

Magic Valley Storage stored a vehicle that was a loss as part of a claim investigation. They were very nice to deal with. I will use their service if needed. They treated me well and the storage was fine. more

Good experience. 4/30/2013

Magic Valley Storage is the best one I have had since I moved up here and Nancy provides the best storage unit out there. Other places might be cheaper, but the price is worth it. There is a warranty and your stuff is guaranteed to be kept safe. Nancy knows how to talk to and deal with the handicapped, and knows how to treat her customers. She answered all my questions and I think customers should go with her 100 When I had a problem with one of the employees I talked to Nancy and she resolved it. She is one of the best. more

Stores our sports equipment 4/10/2013

I have no complaints or issues with Magic Valley Storage. We use them to store our sports equipment for the Special Olympics and we had to keep them there while we weren't in training. We had used the space for quite a while and it was definitely safe. more

Excellent service at Magic Valley Storage! 3/19/2013

This is the third year we have used Magic Valley Storage. They are more than accommodating every year. We use them for winter storage for our car. They always find a unit that fits our car. The customer service is very friendly. Their business is very clean and the storage units are immaculate. Everything is well lit and very secure. more

Outstanding service. Thank you. 3/14/2013

My experience with Magic Valley Storage was short and sweet. I flew in because my father had a medical problem. They stored everything for about 8 months. When it was time for them to close it out, they worked with me a lot. I had to mail them the key. They went down and opened up the facility. They allowed the guy to take the truck and materials and closed it out. It was great. It couldn't have been better. more

Vacation Storage 7/12/2012

I recently used Magic Valley to store my truck and motorcycle trailer while my wife and I spent ten days riding thru ID.,Wy.and Montana. To know that my property was secure until our return was fantastic. I worked with Nancy on the reservation via the net, her responce to questions was timely and professional. When we arrived the paperwork was ready for signatures.Shelly completed the registration and was also very professional. Thank you Nancy and Shelly Michael T.
