I have never before worked with a company that was less professional or less willing to help. They are eager to get you off the phone versus actually doing their jobs. They sent a notice with a much higher cost than the one they gave me on the phone. There is definitely some scamming going on here. Worst towing company in Miami. more

They used my credit card and bought themselves lunch with it 1/30/2012

On Saturday, Jan 28, 2012 I needed a tow. FHP, the Florida Highway Patrol has a contract with Magic Towing and called them on my behalf. First they played the overcharging game with me. I said forget it and then they met the price another tow place quoted me. I gave them my credit card info over the phone. The tow was fine. The driver was nice. Today I checked my bank statement and these criminals bought themselves lunch at Polo Norte Hialeah restaurant, 5 minutes away from them. You steal from me, you steal from other's. I assure you, I'm pressing charges on several levels. more
