I RECENTLY BOUGHT A VOLVO FROM MAGIC MOTORS, MY SECOND VEHICLE FROM THERE IN THE PAST 2 YEARS. I WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW THAT I AM ABSOLUTELY ECSTATIC ABOUT THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT THEIR STAFF HAS SHOWN ME. MY SALES CONSULTANT WAS WILSON AND GREG JR. WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. HE HAS MADE HIMSELF AVAILABLE FOR ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS THAT I HAVE HAD, EVEN AFTER THE SALE WHICH IS A POINT WHERE SOME SALESPEOPLE CONVENIENTLY DISAPPEAR. I TRULY ENJOYED WORKING WITH HIM AND IN MY OPINION, HE IS VALUABLE ASSET TO THE COMPANY THAT UPHOLDS THEIR LONG STANDING REPUTATION OF EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL BE SPREADING THE WORD OF HOW TERRIFIC THEY ARE TO DEAL WITH. MY WIFE IS A HAIR DRESSER IN TOWN AND SHE WILL BE TELLING ALL OF HER CLIENTS TO BUY FROM MAGIC AGAIN, I ENJOYED MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE COMPANY AND I PLAN ON BEING A LOYAL, LONG TERM CUSTOMER. \r more

I bought my son a car there and it was a complete lemon. Rotten brake lines like it was a Katrina Car in water. The head gasket was shot 2000.00$ dollars later I brought the car back and they blamed my son. Total rip off and con men. Do not ever buy from them. Beware!!! more

The guy I talked to sucks along with the company. We just went all around town looking at camaros and we ran into Magic Motors. The guy there tried to explain to us that there are not many available and that’s why the price is so high. He was way off track with his pricing and couldn’t back himself up. We outsmarted him by showing him everything that was wrong with the car and showed him what Kelley Blue Book had to say. He was off by $4000 of what the car was really worth. Along with all this, he kicked us out of the car and asked us to leave. In unprofessional words: he was a dick to us. Hope this helps. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. OVERPRICED FALLING APPART CARS WITH BAD SELLERS THAT DON’T KNOW CARS. more
