I have been a customer since around 1995 when Larry was in Winter Park. Service and customer appreciation continue on.

Worst

I would be interested in seeing the invoice for the wheel bearing you procured for this repair. I doubt the bearing came from Subaru and the cost at many part depots is less than...

We had a peculiar problem with the Climate Control on our Odyssey. The problem was diagnosed quickly and we rented a car while the required part was obtained. Great service and very reasonable prices. more

Having a 3 PM appointment and able to get to Winter Park much earlier, I asked if I could get in earlier. A cancellation for 1 PM was open and I was accommodated by the staff. Follow up recommendations are sent via e-mail, a good reminder tool. Thanks! more

Magic Mechanic saved me money by taking the time to correctly diagnose my problem when the dealer blew me off. They provided an inexpensive rental vehicle while my car was in the shop. When the initial service did not fix the problem, they took care of it and provided a rental at no charge. more

BMW Engine eccentric replacement 11/8/2014

I would be crazy to take this car to the dealer and get ripped off. MM does better work at much less cost. I also got the AC serviced, free code clearance, free inspection, free battery condition check. Try that at BMW, they would laugh at you. more
