analyze and replace furnace 7/27/2017

Rusty came to our home to analyze the HV/AC units. He gave us an honest and thorough analysis of all units. He was much more technically experienced to correctly explain the most efficient and least expensive repair costs than other HV/AC companies we had look at our units. He and Chris Powell offered several repair options. We immediately felt a trust with Rusty and Chris after explaining our needs to replace units. I asked that Rusty be the lead on the Maeser installation crew to replace our upper furnace. Maeser's price was competitive, installation team experienced and extremely quick to respond our needs. Our entire family uses the Maeser Team. more

july 10 at civic way 7/10/2017

We had a service call today to fix a problem with the pump in our basement bath. Tom Jones was our service tech. He was fantastic. He explained the entire process, went out of his way to make sure everything was operating perfectly before he left, and verified that the pump was installed by Maeser a little over a year ago. He did not charge us for the call and gave us some tips to insure that the system continues to work well. He was ably assisted by Jack. They were both knowledgeable and courteous. We have used your services in the past and will continue to do so. Thanks for the help! We will continue to recommend your company in the future. more

Maeser Master Services 7/7/2017

Tom and Jack with Maeser Master Services were at my house to resolve a plumbing problem and to do a repair. Both men were very friendly and professional. They took their time to explain the problem and what they were going to do for the repair. I will look forward to working with Maeser on the next job. more

Maeser is a masterful HVAC company. Kimberley of th office staff is very helpful, informative and friendly. Adam, the HVAC technition, is a most knowledgeable and astute technician. He is highly skilled in this area of expertise. Totally professional. I request Adam for each preventive maintenance call and have engaged his services numerous times. I believe he's at the top of HVAC techs. Friendly, highly skilled and totally professional! I highly recommend Maeser services. more

Tight Spot 6/1/2017

I had several shut off valves that periodically leaked. Problem was the only access to them was through small access holes in a finished ceiling. Jacob, the plumber from Marvin Maeser went beyond to replace the valves without damaging the drywall. I know it was harder for him to do so, but he understood and went out of his way to make sure the job was done well. And without cutting the ceiling. Thanks more

Great service, good people 5/20/2017

No one likes to call service people, it means something is broken and its going to cost us money. Its hard to know who to call so we have to rely on others or just take a chance. This is my first experience with this company and this service man and I was very highly satisfied with how they handled the job . The serviceman was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. I would recommend this person and company to anyone. I am glad I called them and now have a company I feel I can trust to give me value for the money I spend. Great company, great service people, honest and professional. Price was reasonable and they communicated well. I can not ask for more than that. more

Fantastic Service 5/17/2017

They were able to schedule an appointment straight away. I received a courtesy phone call informing me when they were on their way (All too often companies will claim they will do this and then just show up). They then solved our problem efficiently at at a very reasonable price. I will use them for any future plumbing needs and would recommend to a friend. more

Licensed HVAC Technician - Rusty Day 4/19/2017

Rusty came to our home about an hour after we reported water leaking from our air conditioner. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a leak in the coil. He was courteous, kind, considerate as well as patient. He returned two days later and replaced the coil in under three hours with no mess behind. more

Replacement of hot water heater 2/24/2017

John and Jesse performed the services today. They arrived promptly, were polite and professional, and completed the work in good time. They drained and took out our old water heater and replaced it with a new one. I was very pleased with the service.
