Madusa's ranks very high on our most favorite list. We live in Dallas, TX. which may house some of the best restaurants in the country. Our daughters both live in the Lake Geneva area and everytime we visit we make Madusa's our farewell dinner and it is always fantastic. The service we have had has been top notch. Greg and staff make you feel like you have become part of their family from the minute you enter until the minute you depart. The food is outstanding and Greg never ceases to amaze us with his talents in the way his food is prepared. From the moment you walk in the door you feel as if you have been transformed to a bistro in Seattle. Only fresh ingredients are used in these dishes. You will not be disapointed. Weather you are looking for a romantic dinner for 2, a place to chat with your best friend or a boisterous gathering of your large family. Dishes like flaming cheese (saganaki), dolmas, gyros, wood grilled lobster tail, lamb chops, veal picatta, creme brulee are made fresh daily. The menu changes to match the fresh foods of the day. The vegetables served with each dish are organic and the freshest. People who aren't normally vegetable eaters, will be coming back for them alone. My daughter and son in law travel from Columbus to enjoy Madusa's steak. A must to try. Reservations are highly suggested. Don't be discouraged if you can't get in, an area is just for drop ins.
