Madison Swimming Pools. Llc - A Bioguard Platinum Dealer

Aqua Rite salt system referred me to Madsion Pool for some repair work to our supply panel for our salt system. Called MP on May 15. Gave the service department a cc # and made an appointment for service. I was told someone would call by the end of the week. I was also sent a credit application( for what I don't know they had my cc #). I called again on Tuesday May22 the lady in the service dept. said they would get to me the next day or by Thursday. It is May 30 so I called again today. Wow spoke with the same lady in service today. She said she never gave me a date or time. They get to you when they get to you. I asked when she taught they might make it to my house she would not give me anything. I asked how many calls were in front of me and she said maybe as many as 75. Her only question to me was did I want them to still keep me on the list. I said no. I may have to wait on another company but at least I may have someone more honest. more

A few years ago we took a pump for them to look at ,they told us they looked inside and the motor was burned up, and they would be happy to dispose of it and come in and buy a new pump. We picked up our pump ,opened it up at home , and there was 1 wire that needed to be hooked up. We never went back. They are rude, stuck up ,and smart asses. more

this company was recommended by a friend who's grandfather had a pool built by them, i guess they had much better service 30 years ago because this was the worst experience of my life, the owner is so rude, they have so many hidden charges, and continue to double charge on certain bills, not to mention 6 months late.... i am doing phase 2 now and looking for a new company because would never work with them again nor recommend them to anyone ever!!! more
