We lived on the west side from 1976 till 1996
The streets would be cleaned off and salted as soon as possible.That's including the side streets.
I used to hear the plows at am if needed.
In the last several years it takes forever to get the streets clean.
It's important to me because I have to drive on them everyday transporting handicapped kids back and forth to school.
I go on the side streets to pick kids up at their homes.
I think its dangerous to not get the streets cleaned off .
They need to be salted period.
It's amazing to me that the taxes in Madison are so high and the services have gone steadily down hill.
Today at 2 pm the side streets still were not done.
