cancellation of appointments 12/18/2011

The service provided by the professionals is excellent but there is a problem of someone cancelling appointments either because they do not know what they are doing or possibly because you have two patients with the same name and someone assumes that one person has made duplicate appointments. Never assume. This has happened to me at the UW in the past but they resolved the problem so it never happened again. It does not need to happen everagain. Train your people. more

I go back to Robin over and over as she is the most thorough hygienist I have ever had. This time she helped me a lot by sanding down a tooth that was too tight. more

Outstanding Dental Oasis! 12/13/2011

Was my first time at MFDA. Talk about a night & day - surprisingly pleasant change from my previous dental office. They took me in on an emergency basis when no openings were available in their office. The moment you walk through the door - a warm, inviting , and soothing atmosphere with professional, kind staff greets you. Dr. Veerman and staff went out of their way on my behalf & I am forever grateful. If I knew what I know now, especially since they're right down the street - I'd have SWITCHED to MFDA in a heartbeat!!! Out of my old warehouse like dental office, and into Oasis-like aesthetics with kind, professional staff. If you're thinking of switching with no regrets, MFDA is a great place to make a switch to. Thank you MFDA for an eye-opening experience, in the best possible way. more

Love everything but the appointment reminder system..... 12/8/2011

I have always received excellent care and service from all the staff. A very nice and friendly office with a great environment. The appointment reminder system drives me crazy and needs to be fixed, how many times do you have to have your life interrupted for something you should already know and confirmed you know. It never fails, you get an email reminder, you follow the link and confirm the appointment, should be a done deal but it is not. Then you start getting calls and if you are not available to take the call and it goes to voicemail, you get more calls.... when does it end. more
